I’m stunned! i have resolved everything when i tried to set the ‘vibration :OFF’ in ‘controller options’ then the game began to go much faster also with antialiasing and medium-high video settings,i have Medi@com gamepad pro dualshock usb and there is no vibration here in win 7 (i have installed xp driver ,there aren’t win7 drivers) ultimate x64 while there was in winxp, tried to overclock my ati hd4670 video board but there weren’t improvements.
i don’t know how and why the gamepad wrong settings affect the game speed.

Lowering AA settings will always improve performance, but in this case it’s the physics hogging the CPU. My old Core2Duo wouldn’t push the game up to a playable framerate even on the lowest settings available and it didn’t make any difference with the highest possible settings, so it was pretty clear that the graphics card (a GeForce 8600GT) wasn’t the problem. But the CPU was running at 100% load constantly as long as the game was running.

and if you want to raise the resolution you can lower the antialiasing, in that video the aa is set to 8x

that with an old 2ghz dual cpu you can only buy a nvidia 8800gt (slighlty better than mine ati 4670) and the game will run enough fast

Exactly… But I found out that it’s not the GPU that breaks this game. Upgrade your CPU and all issues are gone. Still unacceptable though. It shouldn’t be much more taxing on your system as FO2. If only you could tune down the physics a little, that would help. But my current i7 doesn’t have any trouble with it. Runs as smooth as FO2 now xD

Even in 2010 I really agree with you fouc is totally unplayable really slow (even in low res without antialising) with cpu amd phenom 2 x2 550 3.10 ghz, gpu ati radeon hd4670 1gb, 4gb ram, hard disk wd 640gb sata2, win x7 ultimate x64, latest directx 11 and ati catalyst!! will do 4 or 5 fps, while flatout 2 is fast and very good game. Fouc requires a 100/150 € new gpu video board, is a shit game.

I have in my hands a similar tablet is a UMC model UM61 3232AF-7 i think this thing is like a old ram called SIM or DIM i dont know in this moment the diference but must be like new rams ddr or DDR2 or DDR3, where the slots are differents in some pins.
Really i cant remember too how this thing come to my hands, lol.
